This is an inquiry to be a model for the tattoo apprentices from TAS Apprentice Program and to receive a tattoo from the apprentice during the class hours (sat & sun 11.00 am - 5.00 pm).

I understand that if I am selected to be a model for the apprentice, I can only get the maximum of 2 tattoos from different apprentices.
